We want every one of a kind Pilgrim Pottery mug to feel like it was made just for you. If your new mug doesn't feel quite right in your hands, here is how we handle returns:
The window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: As a small home studio, we kindly ask that the buyer covers the return shipping cost.
Safe Packing: Mugs must be packed safely in their original packaging (or equivalent bubble wrap) to ensure they return to our studio unbroken.
